Training Development Methodologies

FACE-TO-FACE METHODOLOGY

Methodology in which the participant attends a Training Center or Delegation of INTECAP to take the complete training, that is to say, takes the theoretical and practical training in the facilities and workshops of the INTECAP.

DUAL TRAINING (COMPANY-CENTER)

Methodology in which the participant attends part of his/her training time to a Training Center or Delegation of INTECAP to take theoretical training and to develop some practice, and the rest of the time, to work in a company as a complement to his/her training. Generally, the participant attends one or two days per week to INTECAP (or some week days at night), and the rest of the week attends the company.

HYBRID TRAINING

Hybrid education is an educational method that mixes distance education with traditional education, bringing positive aspects of each of these modalities and maximizing the general efficiency of learning. It develops autonomy and flexibility in the participant, in addition to allowing them to explore their capacities outside of face-to-face training.

In the context of vocational training it is the combination of delivery modalities, learning methods and models and; the effective integration of platforms and technological tools in INTECAP careers and modules, in order to strengthen training actions.

MOBILE TRAINING

Methodology in which the participant takes training in his own company or community; for this, INTECAP assigns a mobile instructor who moves to the training site or a mobile unit (vehicle or cart with mobile equipment).

DISTANCE TRAINING

Methodology in which the participant does not attend the INTECAP facilities, but is trained in their home or office. In this methodology there are the training programs via «e-learning» (totally remote through the Internet) and blended-learning (mixed formation / internet and face-to-face).
